FIGURES OF MERIT
Value Proposition: Unlike high pressure gas cylinders that can explode, the R15 generates 100% pure oxygen with low pressure, by chemical means. The R15 can be stored and travel safely anywhere. It doesn't require storage cabinets that withstand 30 minutes at 500 degrees F, or hazardous transportation. FDA cleared this device to be used by anyone (Good Samaritan) for emergency use without a prescription. Gas cylinders deliver cold, dry oxygen gas that irritates oral and nasal membranes. Since the R15 chemical reaction produces heat and water vapor, oxygen is preconditioned to be delivered at 100% relative humidity warmed to body temperature, a normal environment for breathable air. More important is ease of use. The R15 will be added to the more than 14 million AEDs' now in use for a $4B market serving business channels from schools, airports, fitness, golf clubs, hotels, mfrs. etc. More than 350 units are in use, marketed and sold through national distributors and our website. Our exit strategy is public offering or sell to first aid supplier. Our manufacturing facility in Deep River, CT is scalable to produce 20,000 units/month.
