Value Proposition: Tissue Click Ltd seeks commercial partners with the manufacturing capability necessary to produce kits at the scale required for worldwide distribution. Tissue Click is prepared to negotiate the licensing of IP and the transfer of the know-how necessary to the manufacturing of the kit and provides an attractive opportunity for the future development of kits able to diagnose other types of SARS-COV strains. As reported in the section dedicated to the Market Analysis below, the offer to any interested commercial partner is the ability of penetrating the in vitro diagnostic market with an innovative approach not pursued by other major players. The commercial benefit and reputation gain will be short term because of the current pandemic, but the flexibility of the technology to adapt to other applications opens a route towards long-term competitiveness in this space. Uniquely, this is the only kit that, at our knowledge, is able to simultaneously concentrate and detect SARS-COV-2 virus in saliva without the need of expensive specialised equipment and specific skills. The stability of its components enables the shipping of the products worldwide without the requirement of particular storage conditions. Commercial partners will also have the option to pursue worldwide sales through rebranding.
