FIGURES OF MERIT
Value Proposition: We anticipate the near-term impact to be on industries providing equipment for oxygen delivery to patients in the home. Our proprietary technology eliminates the burden of guesswork associated with self-regulation of oxygen flow, which better enables patients to avoid states of hypoxia. In the long-term, we anticipate moving the technology into clinics where supplemental oxygen is administered. In addition to the support the device provides to patients by automatically adjusting oxygen flow, it also alerts nurses of the change so they can monitor when they are able. This provides support and flexibility to overworked staff in hectic healthcare environments. The titration device connects to industry standard oxygen concentrators and is adaptable to portable oxygen concentrators. The treatment algorithm adjusts flow rate in real time based on readings from patient wearables. This ease of integration with existing systems, combined with reliable reimbursement for oxygen delivery systems and consumables, will position our commercial partner to enjoy the returns on our customer acquisition.
