Tech Brief: A multi-powered (utility, solar, 12VDC/24VDC vehicle powered) device capable of ventilation or oxygen delivery. This device is built with commonly sourced and available items, is man portable, and easily maintained. Functional prototype cost approximately $ 160-175.

FIGURES OF MERIT Value Proposition: My design was developed during the lockdown after seeing a need for a rapidly produced and cost effective solution to combat the COVID-19 virus and its symptoms. A device that uses off the shelf and commercially available components to speed time to market. Small form factor, man portable, ruggedized, with a great ease of use. This design can be powered through 120VAC from a wall outlet, 12VDC or 24VDC from a vehicles (ambulance, HMMWV, personal vehicle) auxiliary power socket ("cigarette lighter" socket), 12VDC/24VDC battery power using common battery clips (think jumper cables but smaller), with expanded power options using solar/wind powered systems through the on onboard standard bulkhead connection and charge controller used to charge batteries for off grid operation. This design was built for roughly $160-175, keeping in mind resource restricted areas throughout the world. A very simplified design built for one job, keeping those in need alive until they can be transferred to the nearest medical center for follow on treatment. Simple, portable, cost effective, with no power limitations in one package.
