Tech Brief: We have developed Miniaturized Assay Device (MAD) Technology platform, which integrates microfluidics, custom electronics and an artificial intelligence, machine learning based analytical software . The device is the size of a credit card and includes a disposable cartridge (the size of a quarter) with the MAD device.

FIGURES OF MERIT Value Proposition: The technology impacts manufacturing industries ranging from PCB manufacturing (reader cards with electronics); biotech industry to manufacture assays, probes and microfluidics based cartridges. It also impacts software industry with Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning based big data analytics for mass testing data from multiple devices for various populations of people being tested. The commercial partners can have exclusive manufacturing contracts and can benefit from producing 500 million tests needed in near future to provide ample testing capabilities. This intern will allow to open economies as only the infected people will have to quarantine and healthy people can continue to live normal life.
