Jason Hay is a technology strategist and innovation leader with more than 20 years of experience helping NASA, DoD, and commercial clients identify, assess, mature, and transition high-potential technologies. His work has centered on space and adjacent deep-tech domains, including AI-enabled autonomy, robotics, sensing and communications, power and energy systems, microelectronics, quantum technologies, and advanced manufacturing. As Director of Technology at BryceTech, he leads technology assessment and management strategy, supports internal technology development, and advises clients on how to move promising concepts from early-stage innovation toward mission relevance, customer adoption, and commercial opportunity.
Jason has captured and led the execution of numerous technology assessment and innovation support contracts, helping organizations build practical mechanisms for evaluating technologies, managing portfolios, and accelerating transition. For a DoD client he supported the management of a $350 million per year R&D portfolio, providing insight on technical feasibility, investment priorities, transition pathways, and partner alignment.
