Dominique Quesada serves as the Operations Manager for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Program. She is responsible for providing program and project management, acquisition support, administrative policy, and risk management. She plays a key role in advancing the program’s operational efficiency and strategic direction. Prior to the DHA SBIR/STTR Office, Ms. Quesada served as a Science Technology Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Program Coordinator for the U.S. Army Medical Research Development Command (USAMRDC) Headquarters and its subordinate commands. Her focus included strengthening STEM Programs designed to increase medical research collaboration between the DoD and educational institutions of socio-economically disadvantaged areas. Ms. Quesada holds a BA in Integrated Marketing and Communication from Hood College.
