Ryan Witten is a graduate student in public policy at the University of Alaska, Anchorage, and serves as a leader in nonprofit and community development efforts. As the board co-chair of Alaska Version 3, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, he supports innovation and economic growth by fostering collaboration across diverse communities. Ryan’s work managing a youth empowerment program, serving as board chair for the Alaska World Affairs Council, and as a non-federal co-lead for the Interagency Arctic Research Policy Committee’s Priority Area 3, reflects his commitment to building resilient, inclusive systems that address local, regional, and global challenges.
