Aggie Serrame is a Resilience Program Manager at the American Public Power Association (APPA). She leads programs and resilience efforts to enhance risk management, safety, and emergency management for public power utilities. Prior to joining APPA, Aggie was a consultant for DOD and CISA, specializing in continuity planning and ransomware-focused cyber defense planning. Prior to consulting, Aggie started her career in the federal government, serving at the White House, FEMA, and NIH, where she focused on contingency and continuity planning, pandemic preparedness and response, and resilience planning. Aggie holds a B.A. in Political Science from Elizabethtown College, a Master’s in Public Health Preparedness from Penn State University, and a Master’s in Biohazardous Threat Agents and Emerging Infectious Diseases from Georgetown University.
