Madeline Augustin is Senior Leader for the Digital Engineering Capability with the Defense Product Development organization at the Boeing Company with over 20 years in aerospace. In her prior role she served as the Boeing Defense Space & Securities (BDS) Technology Strategy Senior Manager in Phantom Works leads a team of subject-matter experts on emerging technologies, driving strategic prioritization, cross‑functional influence, and talent development. Since joining Boeing in 2005 as a structural analysis engineer, Madeline has held leadership roles across R&D, Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Integration, and Corporate Audit, most recently managing KPI accountability for Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery for Bombers and Fighters. She holds a B.Eng. in Engineering Science (Materials) from Stony Brook University, an MBA in Innovation and Strategic Leadership from UIUC, and is pursuing doctoral studies in Technology at Purdue.
