Rosemary Kramer is a Principal Deployment Strategist in LMI’s Chief Technology Organization, where she leads the transition of RAPTR®—LMI’s customizable modeling, simulation, and analysis platform—from pilots to enterprise-scale deployments across defense and federal markets. She previously served as LMI’s Digital Engineering Practice Area Director, building and leading Digital Engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) capabilities and delivering critical digital engineering solutions for space and national security customers. 

With more than 20 years of engineering and leadership experience, Rosemary has supported complex commercial and DoD systems across the full product lifecycle. Before joining LMI, she was MBSE Manager at Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation, leading MOSA-aligned architecture development for U.S. Army PEO Aviation. She has also held quality and production engineering roles at Abaco Systems, GATR Technologies, and Toyota Motor North America. 

She holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Saginaw Valley State University and a Professional Certificate in Models and Methods to Manage Complex Systems from MIT xPRO.
