Andrew Kerbrat is a senior defense engineering and program management professional with more than 20 years of progressive leadership at the U.S. Army's Combat Capabilities Development Command Ground Vehicle Systems Center (DEVCOM GVSC), where he currently serves as Chief Systems Integration Officer, leading the development of frameworks that integrate cutting-edge government, commercial, and dual-use technologies into Army maneuver ground formations. A recognized expert in Modular Open Systems Approaches (MOSA), manned and unmanned ground systems, and Army Science & Technology strategy, Andrew has shaped landmark modernization initiatives including the Next Generation Combat Vehicle (NGCV) strategy, represented the United States in NATO and Five Eyes international forums, and served as a Robotics Science & Technology Liaison deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He holds both a Bachelor's and Master's of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and is an Army Acquisition Corps certified practitioner. He is the recipient of multiple Army civilian service awards, including the Superior Civilian Service Award and the Global War on Terrorism Civilian Service Medal.
