Dr. Howard Conyers currently serves as the Chief Technology Liaison for the STTR program that focuses on developing technology for NASA by collaborating with Small Businesses and Research Institutions. His activities support the day to day operations for the STTR program with interfacing between the NASA Centers, the Chief Technologist Council, Center Liasons, and the program office.
