Kate Kovalovsky serves as the Senior Director of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Services at Strategic Technology Consulting (STC), an Arcfield company. With a leadership philosophy centered on servant leadership and systems thinking, she excels at achieving success at the intersection of program, business, and personnel needs. She is a program manager for a portfolio of projects spanning the Air Force, Army, and Navy. Kate has expertise in modular design, reference architectures, model-based specialty engineering, and Artificial Intelligence-enabled software solutions. Her career is marked by a proven history of adopting and advancing cutting-edge technologies and enabling architecture frameworks. Prior to joining STC in 2022, she dedicated 12 years as an Army Civilian with the Armaments Center at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. She is passionate about continuous learning and exchanging knowledge with the technical community.
