Harriet Opoku is Lead Enterprise Liaison Engineer at Boeing Defense, Space & Security with more than 25 years of experience in materials, manufacturing, and systems integration across aerospace and heavy industry. At Boeing since 2008, she has held progressive technical and leadership roles—including BDS Air Dominance Lead Technology Integrator—where she applied metallurgical and process expertise to reduce production inefficiencies, align R&D with business strategy, and ensure engineering and cyber governance. She has been the metallic materials focal point for multiple wing-structure programs, led supplier part planning and transfers, and managed lab compliance, quality documentation, and facility optimization. Early career roles in automotive and steel manufacturing sharpened her skills in process quality and root-cause analysis. Harriet holds a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Idaho, an MBA, certifications in Project Management and Life Coaching, and serves on the board of a high school cultural and academic exchange program.
