David Murray is a Vice President at Peerless Technologies Corporation, where he runs the Development and Applications Group (DAG). The DAG specializes in autonomy and artificial intelligence (AI) software for open architecture DoW mission systems, and DAG also actively contributes to open standards definitions and open-source software projects. Prior to Peerless, David bootstrapped his own company, Statheros, in 2021, leading it to acquisition by Peerless in January 2025. 

David is a seasoned innovator in electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO) and a key contributor to several of the Department of War’s most advanced open architecture Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) systems. In 2025, the United States Small Business Administration awarded David with the Inventor of the Year award for Tennessee for his contributions to EW AI and autonomy. 

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida.
