Cayle Bradley serves as a Technology-to-Market Advisor at the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) where he coordinates across the U.S. government to develop and transition transformative energy technologies.

Cayle has over 20 years of experience with the U.S. Department of Defense including 11 years in uniform with the U.S. Navy.  His service includes five years as requirements & resource sponsor for energy programs on the Navy Staff (Pentagon), seven years as a naval architect with the Naval Sea Systems Command supporting energy technologies R&D, and two years as Associate Faculty Researcher with the Energy Academic Group at the Naval Postgraduate School.  

Cayle earned a bachelor’s degree in Ocean Engineering from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School.
