Victor Cobilean received his B.Sc. degree in mechatronics from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, in 2020. He received his M. Sc. in Mechatronic Systems Engineering from Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, in 2022. He is currently reading for his doctoral degree in computer science at Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond. His research interests include Anomaly Detection, Informed Machine Learning, Unsupervised Learning.
