Matthew Rogers, PhD, is the Operational Technology (OT)
Lead for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), leading
emergency planning initiatives like Critical Infrastructure (CI) Fortify to
improve the resilience of OT in the near term, and Secure by Design for OT to
make resilience easier in the long term. Prior to CISA, Matthew defended
planes, trains, and tanks from cyberattacks.
