Ms. Sandy Wilson is the Program Manager of the Expeditionary Missions Consortium Crane (EMC²) Other Transaction Authority (OTA) at NSWC Crane. She serves as the primary government point of contact for the comprehensive lifecycle management of the EMC² OTA ensuring all prototype initiatives are aligned with overarching Command performance metrics and fully compliant with statutory requirements under 10 USC 4022 to transition cutting-edge capabilities to the warfighter.
