Jonathan D. Hampton has been at Raytheon for 21 years. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and has held numerous roles in Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain. He is currently the Supplier Innovation Lead for Raytheon as part the Technology Sourcing Organization within Supply Chain. In this role, Jonathan has the overall responsibility for maintaining the Supplier Innovation portfolio for hundreds of innovative supplier-partners. He is responsible for the SBIR/STTR Letter of Support process and serves has the primary point of contact for innovative small businesses, interfaces directly with various Department of War (DoW) component leads and works closely with Advanced Technology, and Engineering subject matter experts and fellows across Raytheon and RTX.
