Brittany Sickler is currently a Strategic Advisor in the U.S. National Science Foundation's Directorate for Technology, Innovation, and Partnership (TIP), on detail from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).

Previously, Brittany served as SBA’s first Director of Ecosystem Development in the Office of Investment and Innovation, where she built and supported nationwide stakeholder networks to expand small business access to federal R&D and patient capital. She also launched a new division at the U.S. Economic Development Administration, overseeing more than $60 million in large-scale technical assistance investments advancing regional economic development priorities. She has driven cross-agency SBIR/STTR partnerships and outreach, including the SBIR Road Tour, and led grants, prizes, and contract strategies that improve national lab-to-market capacity.
