Mr. Matt Young is the Technical Director for Collaborative Autonomy and a recognized technical authority and leader on Automatic Target Recognition (ATR), infrared (IR) signal processing, radar signal processing, and collaborative autonomy. He has 20+ years of experience developing advanced ATR solutions in a variety of domains, has led collaborative autonomy development activities since 2019, and was selected as the Technical Director in October 2025.
