Joseph Kendall is a Senior Critical Infrastructure Analyst at Idaho National Laboratory with more than 15 years of experience supporting risk management and resilience assessments. At INL, Joe has conducted resilience studies and tool development work with a variety of partners including the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, Department of Energy, Department of Defense. He specializes in infrastructure resilience, risk management, and planning. He previously worked for the Homeland Security Studies and Analysis Institute and ABS Consulting supporting a range of national and homeland security studies.
