Eva Borge is the Head of Business Development at Cauldron Ferm, an advanced biomanufacturing company focused on getting the economics right for industrial biotech. She brings experience across the biotech value chain, from investing in and advising early-stage ventures to scaling technologies toward commercialization. Prior to Cauldron, Eva led strategic biotech partnerships at ABInBev, applying the scale and global reach of the world’s largest brewer to advance upcycled and precision fermented ingredients. Previously, she invested in early-stage startups focused on co-product valorization and fermentation through ZX Ventures, ABInBev’s corporate venture fund. With a background in brand strategy and marketing communications, Eva specializes in translating complex science into commercially compelling positioning. She is a regular contributor to the World Economic Forum Bioeconomy Initiative, bringing a commercial perspective to the opportunities and challenges shaping the global bioeconomy. Eva holds an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and a BA from Johns Hopkins University.
