Dr. Andjelka (Angie) Kelic is a distinguished staff member at Sandia National Laboratories leading strategic direction for critical infrastructure modeling, threat, and risk analysis programs. She is an internationally recognized subject matter expert in communications system analysis and infrastructure cyber security as well as infrastructure modeling and simulation. Her areas of focus include both natural and human-caused threats to critical infrastructure systems. The teams Dr. Kelic leads have created unique, rigorous, and enduring capabilities in telecommunications and infrastructure system modeling for a wide variety of customers and are credited with assisting with the response in numerous national level incidents, such as hurricanes and other natural and human-caused disasters. Dr. Kelic received her PhD in Engineering Systems from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
