Allen Franke

leadership across all areas of the Department of the Air Force (DAF) SBIR/STTR
program. Drawing on specialized expertise as a former Evaluations Lead and
In-Reach/Out-Reach Specialist, Mr. Franke connects warfighter requirements with
commercial innovation. He bridges internal DAF stakeholders, small businesses,
and investors to optimize proposal evaluations and accelerate mission-critical
technology transitions into operational fielding.
