David is a Program Analyst at the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Office of Investment and Innovation, where he supports the Federal and State Technology Partnership (FAST) program and the Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) programs. His work helps connect innovative small businesses and entrepreneurs with the resources, partnerships, and guidance needed to pursue federal research and development funding and bring new technologies to market. As a former Peace Corps Volunteer and Coverdell Fellow, his background spans economic development, international development, nonprofit work, and government.
