William Taylor serves as Director of the NASA Office of Strategic Space Finance. Mr. Taylor is a graduate of the University of Colorado-Boulder and The George Washington University School of Law. In addition to Mr. Taylor’s capacity at NASA, he serves as a reservist Air Force Judge Advocate with the Space Launch Delta 30 unit at Vandenberg Space Force Base. Previous employment includes the Air Force General Counsel’s Office, the Texas Office of Attorney General, and the private sector.
