Kyle Blume is a Deputy Director in the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Investment Security, where he supports the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). In this role, he helps identify and mitigate national security risks arising from foreign investments in U.S. businesses, engaging closely with transaction parties and interagency stakeholders. Previously, Mr. Blume spent seven years in the private sector at Microsoft and T-Mobile US working on strategy, operations, and large-scale integration projects. Mr. Blume holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy at Tufts University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington.
