Samara Moore is a cybersecurity executive with more than 25 years of experience leading global security, risk, and compliance programs across government and industry. She has managed enterprise security for a major energy provider and shaped cloud security requirements for regulated sectors as a security leader at AWS. A former Director for Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity on the White House National Security Council, she helped develop the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and architect the Electricity Subsector Cybersecurity Capability Maturity Model. Her current work focuses on secure innovation, AI, and resilience in critical infrastructure. With leadership experience spanning government and private sector organizations, Samara has strengthened cybersecurity across cloud, IT, and OT environments, enabling secure modernization in critical sectors.
