Mr. Timothy Perkins serves as a research program and project manager with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Engineer Research and Development Center (USACE-ERDC). He received his Master of Urban Planning and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. His work seeks to enable better planning, analysis and decision-making by exposing insights into complex challenges through implementation of integrated and interactive analytics, models and simulations, and intuitive visualizations using dynamic, multifaceted data. He currently serves as the ERDC Program Manager for the Virtual Toolbox for Installation Mission Effectiveness (VTIME), leading diverse projects towards the Army vision of transformed, modernized and resilient installation operations and planning.
