Luis E. Rodriguez-Rodriguez received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez, with focus on power and energy systems. He has conducted research at Sandia National Laboratories through multiple research internships, focusing on modeling and integrating renewable energy technologies into microgrid systems. His research interests include renewable energy integration, dynamic modeling and control of energy conversion systems, and resilient power systems. He is currently an Electrical Engineer at Integra Design Group, where he contributes to the design and evaluation of electrical power systems. He is an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) in Puerto Rico and a member of the Colegio de Ingenieros y Agrimensores de Puerto Rico (CIAPR).
