Dr. Brad Moran has over 40 years of technical leadership in space, maritime, missile defense, and critical infrastructure domains, developing solutions that involve Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) resilience, Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) and complementary PNT, surveillance and targeting, on-orbit rendezvous and proximity operations, reusable launch, and undersea autonomous systems. Brad earned his BA in Mathematics, cum laude, from Yale University as well as advanced degrees culminating in his PhD in Ocean Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has been at MITRE since 2019 and currently leads the Resilient PNT work program sponsored by the Department of Homeland Security.
