Juliet Homer

Chief Systems Engineer

Juliet Homer is a chief systems engineer and leads the Energy Policy and Analysis Team at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. Her work at PNNL focuses on resilience and the energy-water nexus; how distributed energy resources fit within the changing electric power grid; integrated grid planning; and utility regulation. Juliet has a Master’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Arizona State University. Before coming to PNNL, Juliet worked as a consulting water engineer in the Phoenix area and as then as staff member at the Oregon Public Utility Commission, where she was responsible for overseeing energy efficiency and renewable energy programs and integrated resource planning dockets.
