Max Beller is the Climate Adaptation Advisor at San Diego Gas & Electric in the Fire Science & Climate Adaptation group. He has been at SDG&E for four and a half years working primarily on climate change adaptation, sustainability, and wildfire resilience programs. He has specifically led SDG&E’s climate change community engagement and vulnerability assessment efforts, prioritizing cross-functional partnership development, risk-model integration, and equity. Before joining SDG&E, Max studied Earth and Atmospheric Sciences at Cornell University with a focus on climate change and renewable energy.
