She serves as the single-threaded leader for organizational strategy, executive engagement, and market positioning—defining the vision and strategic framework for AWS's space business, shaping AI-focused go-to-market approaches, and building cross-functional coalitions to advance AWS's presence across the defense, commercial, and civil space sectors. Her work sits at the intersection of emerging technology and space mission needs, with a focus on how AI can accelerate innovation and deliver value across the space value chain.
Prior to AWS, Allison spent seven years at Booz Allen Hamilton supporting the U.S. Space Force and Air Force on strategic planning, organizational transformation, and national security initiatives. She holds a Master of Arts in War Studies with Distinction from King's College London and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Spanish, cum laude, from Georgetown University.
