Erick Page-Littleford serves as Director of the Small Business Innovation Research & Technology Transfer (SBIRTT) for the Office of Investment and Innovation (OII) for the Small Business Administration. Erick provides leadership over the implementation and coordination of the annual $4.5 billion Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs and the Federal and State Technology (FAST) Partnership program, enabling innovative U.S. small businesses to translate innovative research into commercial products and services. Erick brings more than 15 years of experience in supporting the advancement of innovative small businesses and led the federal-wide implementation of the SBIR and STTR Extension Act of 2022, and coordinated federal agencies outreach, including the inaugural America's Seed Fund Road Tours. Before joining SBA, Erick held multiple leadership roles working for Women-Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, serving in principal roles managing, executing, and creating initiatives beneficial for small businesses and innovators pursuing or engaged with the SBIR and STTR programs. He holds a Master of Science in Science, Technology, and Public Policy from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
