Sheila Casserly is Director of Digital Policy for the Americas at Schneider Electric, where she leads strategic engagement with industry peers, trade associations, and government to shape public policy and partnerships in a quickly evolving technology landscape. Her work focuses on cybersecurity, operational technology, supply chain security, and the protection of critical infrastructure—including the digital systems underpinning energy and industrial operations. Sheila brings a global perspective to resilience and sustainability challenges, having previously served with the United Nations Development Program in Istanbul, where she fostered partnerships to support private sector growth in emerging markets. She also served as a fellow at the German Parliament in Berlin through the International Parliamentary Scholarship. Sheila holds an M.A. in International Business and Policy from Georgetown University, an M.Sc. in International Management from Koç University in Istanbul, and a B.A. in Geography and International Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
