Angie Donahoo currently serves as a Sector Director in AAS Innovation, where she leads assisted acquisition implementation of the General Services Administration (GSA’s) innovative acquisition authorities for customer agencies. She manages the implementation of GSA’s Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase III Program, and has been central in executing GSA’s Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) pilot program. Angie oversees a portfolio of over $4B in contracts supporting external customer agencies (primarily DOD), the majority being awards to small businesses.
Angie joined the Federal Government in 2008 to work for the GSA as a Contract Specialist (CS) through the former Federal Career Intern Program. She joined GSA’s AAS organization in 2011, and has held multiple roles to include Contracting Officer, and Project Manager working on large, complex acquisitions supporting external agency customers. She has also gained industry perspective working at McKinsey’s Public Sector Practice (2016) before she returned to GSA (2017) to help stand up its innovative acquisition service offerings. Angie is a past recipient of a FED100 award for her work in federal acquisition. Angie holds a Masters in Business Administration and undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech.
