Mr. Dudley is Vice President of Business Development and Communications. In this role, he evaluates areas of potential business, develops client and partner relationships, and explores new opportunities within existing business, as well as new market opportunities. Additionally, he provides oversight of ATI’s corporate communications and marketing strategies. Prior to this role, Mr. Dudley was the Vice President of the Armament Technologies Division where he led the coordination and execution of solicitation processes and single-point contracting efforts for five programs, including the Department of Defense Ordnance Technology Consortium (DOTC), the Aviation and Missile Technology Consortium (AMTC), the Naval Energetics Systems and Technologies Consortium, the Training and Readiness Accelerator II Consortium (Trex II), and the Border Security Technology Consortium. Mr. Dudley also serves as the Managing Director of the Vertical Lift Consortium.
Prior to joining ATI, Mr. Dudley served in the US Air Force for over 20 years as a C-17 and T-37 pilot and flew some of the earliest mobility combat missions in Afghanistan and Iraq. While assigned to the Pentagon, he directed the Air Force’s Foreign Military Sales to the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, including the sale of 8 C-17s to the United Arab Emirates. Following his retirement from the Air Force, Mr. Dudley was a Director of International Business Development for Textron and worked on the Commandant’s staff at The Citadel.
Mr. Dudley graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Troy University and a Master’s Degree in Air Mobility from the Air Force Institute of Technology.
