With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and strategic business leadership, Kary brings a proven track record of building high-impact partnerships and delivering transformative solutions for complex organizations.
In her current role, Kary is responsible for developing and executing multi-year strategic plans that support long-term growth and margin diversification for Sourcewell’s Enterprise Solutions portfolio. She oversees the creation and management of new solutions, including those designed to address the evolving needs of cities and communities. She partners with government agencies, regional organizations, and underserved communities—including tribal entities—to ensure that innovation and best practices reach those who need them most.
