Jessica Faber is a commissioned Foreign Service Officer with a keen interest in improving lives, promoting democratic values, and creating economic opportunities in the developing world through innovation and creative problem-solving. She has eight years of experience working in international development for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), where she specializes in government contracting, grant-making, and team-building. Ms. Faber currently supports the New Partnerships Initiative (NPI) for USAID in Washington. The objective of NPI is to diversify and expand USAID's partner base.
Before joining the NPI team, Ms. Faber served at USAID missions in Zambia, South Africa, and Kosovo. Ms. Faber holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Grady School of Journalism at the University of Georgia and Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law.
