Meredith Pringle is a Director at Converge Strategies and specializes in energy resilience strategies for critical facilities. Meredith currently serves as a project manager on multiple projects at Converge Strategies, specifically developing and leading multi-stakeholder facilitated workshops. She leads energy resilience workshops across the Department of Defense (DoD) to identify energy resilience project opportunities through collaboration with mission operators, service program offices, and external stakeholders and has developed resilience assessment frameworks for military and civilian partners across the country. She has extensive experience conducting various types of energy resilience analyses with the DoD and has worked with over 25 military bases across 15 states. Meredith is a certified Project Management Professional and trained facilitator focusing on multi-stakeholder energy resilience workshops.

Before joining Converge Strategies, Meredith served as a Project Manager for the Air Force Office of Energy Assurance, leading the development of energy resilience projects. She holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the George Washington University and a BS in Business Economics from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
