Tim Tetreault is the Installation Energy and Water Program Manager for Department of Defense’s (DoD) Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP). ESTCP is the DoD’s environmental and installation energy research programs harnessing the latest science and technology to improve DoD’s environmental and installation energy performance, reduce costs, and enhance and sustain mission capabilities. Under Tim’s management, the ESTCP Energy and Water Program has approximately 80 active technology demonstration projects covering a broad range of technology areas related to installation energy and water efficiency and resilience.
