Brian Seagrave is the Chief Solutions Officer of Deep Water Point, LLC, a 300 person company consulting with product and service firms on growth in the government contracting market. He has had a 35 year career in federal, state, local, and international government contracting; including for employers Raytheon, Computer Sciences Corporation, Unisys, DynCorp, and Govplace; in the defense, intelligence, homeland security, and civilian sectors. He has led developing products and solutions, capturing opportunities, delivering programs, building and running business development organizations, and building and running new P&Ls. He counts upset captures for SBInet and JEDI among his most significant contributions. Prior to joining DWP, he led the global homeland security market for Raytheon.
