John Bowling is an Air Force civilian electronics engineer serving as Resilient-EGI Lead Engineering in the Position, Navigation, and Timing Program Office of the Agile Combat Support directorate of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC). He directs the engineering functions for this rapid acquisition program using digital engineering to develop an open, robust, and resilient GPS modernized code (M-code) navigation capability for aircraft.
