Matt Sipe, VP Strategy at Parry Labs, drives MOSA initiatives in Army Aviation, shaping major acquisitions. Previously APEO for Engineering and Architecture, he oversaw MOSA implementation and digital engineering, advancing technical excellence. As Director of MOSA Transformation for PEO Aviation, he orchestrated enterprise-wide initiatives to bolster lifecycle management and affordability. With a background in aerospace engineering and management, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Alabama, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology from Life Christian University, and a master’s degree in management and leadership from Webster University. He also maintains certifications in Systems Planning, Research, Development, and Engineering.
