Kevin is the Chief Architect for PM Fixed Wing and is the acting Systems Engineering Branch lead for the Technical Management Division. He has over 25 years of experience in both government and industry. Prior to coming to Fixed Wing, Kevin was the S&T lead for PM Uncrewed Aircraft Systems. Kevin was part of the original certification test team and a Payloads SME at the Joint Systems Integration Lab. He has been active in technical standards development for over 15 years and is currently serving as the US Head of Delegation for the NATO Imagery Working Group. Before transitioning to the government, Kevin was Senior Engineer at Dynetics, Inc.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
