Doug Wolfe Mr. Douglas Wolfe is currently the Architecture, Software, & Cyber Branch Chief for PM FLRAA. He has over 18 years of Acquisition experience after spending 20 years as an Army Signal Corps officer. He was the co-founder of PEO Aviation’s Architecture Collaboration Working Group (ACWG) and led the development of the Future Vertical Lift Architecture Framework (FAF).
