Peter Trenkle is the Software Lead for Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems Product Office inside of Program Executive Officer Missiles and Space (PEO M&S). He has served as Software Lead for the MQ-1C Gray Eagle (PM UAS), PM FLRAA, and PM FARA inside of PEO Aviation. Mr. Trenkle established the re-architecture effort of the Gray Eagle to align with PEO AVN Modular Open System Approaches (MOSA) initiatives. Currently, he is executing the Future Counter-UAS Fire Control effort with the Defense Innovation Unit to enable Autonomy and AI/ML decision aids for C-UAS operators.
